Musicians in the Making

Are you a teacher or budding musician? Do you know a student who is looking to gain that all-important experience of performing before live audiences?

If so, the ESO is looking for you!

Musicians In The Making is a program presented by TELUS that features promising student soloists and ensembles performing half-hour showcases prior to selected ESO performances in the lobbies of the Winspear Centre. All participants are then invited to be our guest at the concert afterwards, courtesy of our friends at TELUS.

Aspiring young composers in grades 10 - 12 can apply for this exciting opportunity. This year's application deadline has passed, and the next deadline will be in November 2010. Contact Susan at 780-401-2531 or education@winspearcentre.com for more information.
