Guest Services Representatives (multiple, part-time)

Our Ticketing Guest Services Representatives (GSRs) fill one of the most pivotal roles in our organization since you are one of the first points of contact between the Winspear Centre and our community. You make sure that every guest is greeted with a smile and feels valued and important. This role involves variable part-time hours, dependent upon the number of concerts and events and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. YONA-Sistema Teaching Artists – Two positions open, Cello + Bass

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra’s vision is to make music accessible to everyone and minimize barriers for people to access musical arts experiences. Our Musical Creativity is seeking two qualified, dedicated Teaching Artists (Cell and Bass) to join us in the Youth Orchestra of Northern Alberta Sistema (YONA-Sistema) program, which enacts social change through music education for Edmonton’s underserved youth. Your qualifications include a post-secondary degree (preferably in music, education, or a related field) and a minimum of 1-2 years in a teaching or child-care setting. Experience teaching strings instruments to children or working with groups of children is an asset. Successful candidates are positive, open-minded, empathetic, non-judgmental and committed to building strong communities.
