Donate Shares or Appreciated Securities

• Donate shares or publicly traded securities and be exempt from paying tax on the capital gain. You also get a tax receipt for the value of the donated shares, meaning you can give today without directly affecting your pocketbook. Contact Eleanor Finger at 780-401-2578 for more information.

Friends of Music ($100 to $1499)

• Friend ($100 - $249)

  • Receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your gift
  • Be recognized biannually in Signature magazine
  • Service fees for ticket exchanges between ESO concerts are waived**
  • Vote at our AGM (Tuesday, November 29, 2011)

• Supporter ($250 - $499)

  • Be recognized biannually in Signature magazine
  • Enjoy a performance by student groups at the Sharing Concert for our Adopt-A-Player program, followed by a reception (Sunday, April 29, 2012)

• Contributor ($500 - $999)

  • All Supporter Benefits
  • Enjoy complimentary tickets for two friends to an ESO or Winspear Presents concert you plan on attending! *
  • See the music come together at an ESO rehearsal (Saturday, October 15, 2011 or Sunday, March 4, 2012) or Winspear Presents sound check (Monday, April 9, 2012)

• Advocate ($1000 - $1499)

  • All Contributor Benefits
  • Enjoy a wine and cheese reception at an evening dress rehearsal with the ESO (Thursday, February 23, 2012).
