2011-12 Esso Symphony for Kids

Your kids will have a great time at these interactive orchestral matinées - they won't even know that they're learning about music! Every concert features the full orchestra and is best enjoyed by children aged 5 - 12. All concerts run approximately 1 hour without an intermission.

Pre-concert Activities from 1 - 1:45 PM

Come early to take part in the Play & Learn activities starting at 1 pm in the main lobby. The pre-concert events are tailored to fit the theme of the concert and are sure to enrich the afternoon for your entire family.

  • A celebration of how music moves you, A Wild Symphonic Ride takes its audience on a whirlwind tour of the energy, artistry, and sheer fun of dancing! Some of Edmonton's most talented young dancers, proudly representing some of the community's finest dance academies and clubs, are featured in this dynamic afternoon.

Join Corky and your ESO as they attempt to recreate the musical formula that will bring a happy ending to a time travel experiment gone awry.
