Every year, the most talented members of youth orchestras across the country are selected to be part of the National Youth Orchestra. They receive mentorship from a leading Canadian conductor, and embark on a Canadian tour.

Rimsky-Korsakov: Scheherazade
R Strauss: Don Juan
Shostakovich: Festive Overture
Hétu: Sur les rives de St-Maurice

winspear presentsThis event is free, presented by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra in collaboration with Winspear Centre Presents.

This performance will be recorded by CBC for national radio broadcast.

Seating is general admission and subject to availability.

No tickets are required for this performance. The concert is free admission and seating is first-come, first-served. The doors to the lobby will open at approximately 6:30pm and to the hall at approximately 7 pm.
