Community Investment Coordinator (SEARCH CLOSED)

We are seeking someone to steward existing partnerships, identify strategic opportunities, prepare partnership proposals, oversee sponsorship activation, and support the department. In this role, you’d be actively involved in community events and engage in ongoing communication with existing and prospective sponsors and partners. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external events for community partners, handle communications with stakeholders, and find creative ways to inspire and maintain partner engagement.

Ticketing Guest Services Representatives (Multiple openings)

As a Ticketing GSR, you are one of the first points of contact between the Winspear Centre and our community through telephone, email, and in-person service. You exhibit excellent customer service; in person or on the phone, you make sure that every person is greeted with a smile and feels valued and important. This position plays an important support role in the organization, making sure that each member has the support necessary to provide exceptional service to Winspear patrons, clients and other staff. The role involves a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, so a flexible schedule is important.

YONA-Sistema – Substitute Teaching Artists

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra’s vision is to make music accessible to everyone and minimize barriers for people to access musical arts experiences. Our Musical Creativity team always welcomes interest from qualified, dedicated Teaching Artists (Strings, Winds/Brass, Percussion) to join us in the Youth Orchestra of Northern Alberta Sistema (YONA-Sistema) program, which enacts social change through music education for Edmonton’s underserved youth. Your qualifications include a post-secondary degree (preferably in music, education, or a related field) and a minimum of 1-2 years in a teaching or child-care setting. Experience teaching instruments to children or working with groups of children is an asset. Successful candidates are positive, open-minded, empathetic, non-judgmental and committed to building strong communities.
